① 大根は皮をむき、5mm厚さのいちょう切りにする。
② にんじんは5mm厚さの半月切りにする。
③ ごぼうは皮をこそげ、斜め細切りにし、水に放す。
④ さといもは皮をむき、1cm厚さの輪切りにする。
⑤ 鍋にAを入れて火にかけ、煮立ったら①、②、③、④を入れて中火で煮る。
⑥ 具がやわらかくなったら、もちを入れ弱火で煮る。
⑦ もちがやわらかくなったら火を止め、器に盛る。
