① カキは塩水で振り洗いをし、水気をきる。
② ブロッコリーは小房に分け、熱湯でさっと茹でる。

④ 鍋にだし汁を入れて火にかけ、沸騰したら③を入れ、中火にして煮る。
⑤ 具がやわらかくなったら①、②、もちを入れ、弱火で煮る。
⑥ もちがやわらかくなったら赤味噌を溶き入れ、火を止める。
