① じゃがいもは皮をむき、4等分にして水に放す。
② たまねぎは1cm幅に切る。
③ しいたけは石づきを切り、2等分に切る。
④ 鍋にだし汁を入れて火にかけ、沸騰したら①、②、③を入れ中火で煮る。
⑤ 具がやわらかくなったらもちを入れ、弱火で煮る。
⑥ もちがやわらかくなったら、赤味噌を溶き入れ、火を止める。
⑦ 器に盛り、ねぎの小口切り(分量外)を飾る。
